This year, GDC Europe will be presented at gamescom, the leading European consumer and industry show. This will allow the conference to address the development community at a central location in the heart of Europe which will command the critical mass of the European games sector. The GDC Europe will be the essential platform for learning, inspiration and networking for the creators of computer, console, handheld, mobile and online games in Europe.

After 3 full days of learning, networking, and inspiration, "celebrate the games" with gamescom! GDC Europe attendees are offered a trade visitor pass to gamescom, to explore and experience Cologne's game trade fair. Europe’s new trade fair highlights interactive games and entertainment and will be the meeting place for the entire industry, as well as anyone who is enthusiastic about computers and video games.
